Doug Macke

Doug brings almost 30 years of experience in design, sales and project management. His many years rank him amongst the most elite experts in the foodservice industry. Doug managed small and large jobs in colleges, healthcare, hotels, restaurants and many other businesses with commercial kitchen applications. His expertise in understanding the customers’ operational needs and their budgetary concerns gives his customers a real partner in every job he is involved in. Doug operates from his home in the Iowa City area and he covers areas east of Des Moines all the way to the Quad Cities. Doug is a go to resource for all your needs.

Ron Heying

Ron brings over 20 years experience to the Food Service Industry. Ron has vast experience in heavy equipment, light equipment and smallwares. Ron is our Operations Manager and Sales Specialist. His sales area covers from the Des Moines area going north all the way to Albert Lea, MN and into Northeast Iowa. Ron is also well versed in the parts, service and installation of most any piece of equipment. His ability to help with a new building, remodel or a single replacement makes him an asset to any project.

Chad Mast

Chad has 17 years experience in the Food Service Industry. He started out in our delivery department fresh out of college and now is a smallwares and equipment specialist, as well as our design layout service manager. His years of installation experience also bring expertise to our large walk-in cooler/freezer sales and installation team. Chad led our guys on a recent large microbrewery job that involved multiple ceiling heights, dividing walls and existing building obstacles. No job is too big or outside his comfort zone.

Patty Kane

Patty has many years of experience in the Hospitality Industry working in the restaurant side of the business. Patty made the jump to the supply side over 3 years ago and has taken over our computer IT side of the business. She has continued to expand her knowledge as she sells both new and used equipment form our website, Ebay, Craigslist and Amazon. Patty can assist in helping those budget conscience customers find the best deal in new or used equipment. No matter where you are located Patty can manage transportation to virtually any location in the US.

Shawn Courtnage

Shawn is our showroom leader and inventory specialist. He came to us in 2014 with over 20 years retail experience in residential kitchen equipment sales. Shawn has had hands on education of all things in the commercial kitchen working in our over 10,000 sq ft. showroom. Shawn always has a friendly hello for our walk in customers. Amanda Huffman

Amanda is the voice on the other end when you call. She manages the paperwork side of the business, checking on purchase order status, invoicing and keeping track of where everyone is. Amanda has been with us since 2011 and is the center of communications in our operation.

Parts and Service

One of the few restaurant supply companies in our area offering new and used equipment, we have a parts and service department that can take care of all of your needs in cooking, refrigeration and HVAC.

We have multiple service technicians on the roads, taking care of all commercial kitchens within a 3 hour radius of Cedar Falls. Sign up for our popular Preventative Maintenance Package to help prevent those untimely breakdowns and expensive overtime calls.

Our Parts Department is also here for those “Do-it yourself” people out there. We gladly source and sell parts for all brands, and also will service both warranty and non-warranty pieces by most any brand.


Alyssa Wiest

Alyssa joined us in 2016. Recently out of the military, she came to us as a service technician from a grocery store chain here in Iowa. Alyssa manages the parts inventory and does all of the daily ordering for the service department. She has excellent organizational skills and has become an expert in finding even the oddest of parts. Please feel free to call her with any of your parts needs!

Chad Goodwin

Chad started with us in 2008 and has managed the installation of virtually every size piece of equipment. Chad is our Warehouse Lead and keeps our warehouse and receiving area in top condition. Chad is often pulled away from the building to assist our delivery team. He is our Rover meaning he helps in all departments from service to sales to internet to get the job done.

Tyler Zook

Tyler has been with us since 2013. Tyler has been thrown into many deliveries that require some creative engineering whether that is getting a piece in the door, up flights of stairs, over a bar or into a tight kitchen. Tyler is not afraid of any installation. We put him into many tough positions and he always gets the job done.

Devin Swanger

Devin is new to our team. He assists in the warehouse, delivery and installation. He is already an asset to our team. Devin looks to have a bright future with our company.

Brian Wells

Brian has been with us since 2012. He had previously worked as the head of maintenance for a chain of convenience stores. He heads up our “hot side” team as our lead tech on all cooking equipment. Brian handles the bulk of our PM’s for ice machines as well. (12 years experience)

Tim Cary

Tim is relatively new to us but already we see a lot of energy and a strong work ethic. He has a HVAC background and has worked in this field for several years. He is willing to tackle any problem and will get to the bottom of it to your satisfaction. (5 years experience)

Ryan Iehl

Ryan started with us in 2013 and has become a top of the line refrigeration tech. He has installed numerous walk-in refrigerator & freezer systems along with providing quality service on all refrigeration components. (4 years experience)

Terry Recker

As our Service Manager, Terry has provided outstanding leadership to our team. He demands our technicians’ excellence and asks them to get it fixed right the first time. Terry has over 20 years of experience on all types of commercial food service equipment. Terry is a great resource for any question you may have concerning your operation. Hank Holtmeyer

Hank started with us in 2017. He is very accomplished in our industry with a journeyman’s in HVAC and continues working towards obtaining his masters. Hank has worked as the head of maintenance at the Waverly Boy Scouts Camp maintaining all food service equipment as well as building and grounds equipment. He puts his experience and knowledge to work for our customers’ every day. (10 years experience)
